Do you get an error message?

Has import IMX ever worked, or did it just start occurring?

Does it happen with all IMX files, or just one?

If one, can you attach to your reply for testing?

Hi,

I am new to infraworks and having student license. I had build a model through a model builder. I had a dwg file and I exported imx file through Civil 3D. Now I try to import .imx file into infraworks and I am getting error. Failed to Import Data. Pls help me

What objects from C3D did you export into IMX?

What Coordinate systems are you using?

I am posting the conclusion in this issue, so that others can benefit from the knowledge.

The reason why the IMX created an error on import in InfraWorks is, because it's empty.
The original DWG file does not contain any Civil 3D objects and IMX cannot carry other features than Civil 3D objects, i.e. polylines, etc.
