Simulation Controls Missing

When I go to use Simulation on Inventor HSM, my controls are gone. I don't even get a box like some have experienced in the past. I have tried changing my windows 7 settings to 'standard' and no success. any help is appreciated. thank you.

The Simulate playback controls are missing here, too, for HSM Ultimate 2019.

System:

Windows 10 Pro, updates applied
NVIDIA Quadro P4000, Version 411.63

This previous solution is not available in Windows 10.

Hi @JBerns & @mike.schaffer,

Do you have installed the latest update from your account (not the Desktop App)

I’m not behind my laptop so I don’t know the build number.

I hat this situation yesterday at a customer and I solved it with the latest update. This Update didn’t come up in the Desktop App.

Thanks for the quick reply and update news. I was still using the installer from April.

The update from Accounts corrected the problem - I now have playback controls. Thanks!
