HSMExpress Solidworks toolbar missing

Hi there, I have installed HSMExpress 2020 as an add-on for solidworks 2017 and activated it using the product key from the email but all the buttons are greyed and cannot click them. Besides the icon that was supposed to appear on top of the feature tree manager it's not there and I couldn't find anything about this on the FAQ's. Only the CAM toolbar is showing and besides the milling, and drilling and a few more buttons everything is greyed out and cannot be clicked. I have also attached a screenshot so it would be more helpful. Does anyone know how could I fix this?

Hi -

What product key is that? HSMxpress 2020 doesn't have product keys.

Hi,

I tried editing the registry and uninstalling using a certain software and reinstalling it again and neither of these worked. What else shoud I try?

The snapshot you attached shows HSMXpress installed. If you've changed to use HSMWorks, make sure HSMXpress uninstalled before install HSMWorks.

In addition, the issue could be caused by having HSMWorks set to run on startup. Check out the article below.
