Inventor CAM Ultimate only allowing 2.5axis

Hi,

I just installed Inventor CAM Ultimate 2020 but it seems the program only recognizes it as Inventor CAM Express (Checked in the About page)
Meanwhile, in the App Manager, it clearly shows Inventor CAM Ultimate as installed.

I'm using a the PD & M Collection.

Does anybody have some input into this ? Thank you.

Hi -

A couple questions: Can you let me know which specific build of Inventor CAM you have installed?

Can you also tell me what's in your registry (using regedit) at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Autodesk/Inventor CAM (just screenshot that registry key).

Hi,

Inventor CAM Build is indicated as Build 7.0.0.17442 in the App Manager.

I join in anexe the screenshot of the registry.

Hmm. Not sure how this could have happened, but the "ProductEdition" registry value is wrong.

Can you try to change it so that it has the value "INHSMP" (as a REG_SZ value), and see if that fixes things up?

Weird thing, Inventor 2020 was the FIRST program installed in the PC after format, Inventor CAM was de 2nd. Weird this happend.

Same here. Wrong (no) registry value and showing just HSM Express options on one machine with the same installation as another one problemless.

The fix worked as well, thanks...
