&lt;P&gt;As can be seen, after the vertical lead move the linear lead-in length is not tangent to the 60° arc I have programmed for the arc leads. Trying to keep all this motion as smooth as possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Well I figured this out: it's directly related to Compensation Radius Allowance in the Passes tab. Set to zero, the .01 non-tangent leads suddenly become tangent to the lead arcs.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is one thing I really hate about SW. I can't set a global value. I get the point, but I don't deal with complex assemblies so I wish I had an overriding global value instead of the model- or assembly-specific value (if there's a way, let me know).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also if I'm zoomed out, it's barely segmented. That feature is about 15% of the size of the part.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
