Lead in & Lead Out missing for 2D Contour & Chamfer with Spot Drills

Lead In & Lead out is missing in the user interface of 2D Chamfer & 2D Contour when using a Spot Drill in Fusion 360 & Inventor HSM. But it works fine in HSMWorks. The result is the CAM system outputs 0mm/min feedrates on all lead in & outs, causing machine controls to error out when running the code.

Work around is to use a chamfer mill instead.

David Bloxham from Protocut here in NZ reported the issue to me earlier today. And I've just pinned it down. Is it already a known issue?

Maybe Inventor HSM users are less prone to using Spot Drills for chamfering? What's the bet it gets fixed in Fusion fairly quickly, but it won't appear in Inventor HSM until the 2018 build in April?

"We also made 50+ fixes related to HSM and our CAM workspace, which include kshea9RNL8’s report of this tool library issue where under the “Feeds & Speeds” tab, Cutting, Lead In, Lead Out and Ramp feed rate input fields for drills were missing for some odd reason. Apparently those options weren’t available for drills at all, but the dialog made it seem like they were missing. We cleaned up the dialog so it makes more sense."

This issue has been resolved with development and scheduled for release in an upcoming Hot Fix.
