I'm attempting to do some 3+2 milling and drilling on a Mazak integrex i200s and am using this post: https://cam.autodesk.com/hsmposts?p=mazak_integrex&_ga=2.215676629.335579922.1551385373-199442298.1522340472 I'm having an issue with my g68 3d coordinate conversion when my b and or c axes are rotated that the following programmed operation moves to another location off of the part as if the coordinates had been translated. Any ideas what I've got wrong?

hello, have you set your G54? X-490. Z-500. approximately.

Dear @Anonymous ,

I think Mazak Integrex I200 needs G68.2 function to manage properly 3+2 programming.

If so, you could modify your postprocessor define 'useMultiAxisFeatures' variable as 'true'.

You will find it at line 173 of your postprocessor :

var gotBAxis = true;
var useMultiAxisFeatures = true;
var gotSecondarySpindle = true;

Please test it carefully and let me know.

Hi @Anonymous ,

maybe your controller needs C axis positioning after G68 function, to obtain something like this:

...

G0 B90.

G68 X0. Y0. Z0. I0. J1. K0. R90.

C0 C90.

M210

...

If so, this could be needed modification starting from line 1082 :

<LI-CODE lang="javascript">    writeBlock(
      gMotionModal.format(0),
      conditional(machineConfiguration.isMachineCoordinate(0), "A" + abcFormat.format(abc.x)),
      conditional(machineConfiguration.isMachineCoordinate(1), "B" + abcFormat.format(abc.y))
    );
    writeBlock(gFormat.format(68), "X" + spatialFormat.format(0), "Y" + spatialFormat.format(0), "Z" + spatialFormat.format(0), "I" + abcFormat.format(0), "J" + abcFormat.format(toRad(1)), "K" + abcFormat.format(0), "R" + abcFormat.format(abc.y)); // set frame
    gMotionModal.reset();
    writeBlock(
      gMotionModal.format(0),
      conditional(machineConfiguration.isMachineCoordinate(2), (currentSection.spindle == SPINDLE_PRIMARY ? "C" : "U") + abcFormat.format(abc.z))
    );</LI-CODE>

Please test it carefully and let me know.

Otherwise I think you should check what 3+2 function is activated and functioning on your Mazak Integrex.
