Hi Guys,

I have tried many post processor comes with fusion and none of them works for this Mori Seiki NV5000 machine.

Tool change command is coming out as T1 M6 , this needs to be in two separate lines for the machine to read for some reason! And also like to move coolant off and on commands closes to tool reaches and finishes the job. Return to home position at the end of operation for Z and Y axis required "G28 G91 Z0" and G28 G91 Y0", this should be same at the end of program M30 as well. The post i am using now is ' DMG mori CMX with Fanuc Control" and it is working but still need to edit the tool change command to two separate lines. I am guessing this post processor is for Horizontal milling while mine is vertical. some time i have noticed G18 and G19 in the program which is not ideal - to avoid this i am making vertical tangent tool approach motion to none. Any help would be apricated and i am happy to pay if anyone come forward to help.

Have a good day

Regards,

John Martin
