I use G28(router tool change home position) to bring the spindle to a spot I can reach, as the machine table is 6ftx10ft.

The question is how to alter the post to fix a few details. Before each tool change the post issues a G28, but it adds Z0. which causes the tool to dive back to the work surface before moving to the G28 position. How can I change it to just "G28", not "G28 Z0."

Similiarly at the programs end I get another "G28 Z0.", then G90 on another line followed by "G28 X0. Y0." One "G28" would do at the programs end.

Thank you.

I seriously doubt Centroid's Acorn controller runs Mach3. I switched to Centroid to get away from Mach3! In any case the Centroid post works great, I just needed help making a tweak.
