topic Fusion Post Processor for CMS 5 axis Osai series 10 in HSM Post Processor Forum

Does anyone have a working post for a 20 year old CMS 5 axis machine (head / head) running on Osai series 10?

I have tried modifying the post from the Fusion library as instructed in the online instructions but still no joy. I get a program using the attached post without any errors but when it plane changes the x,y and z do not change with it? (my modified post attached). It works fine without any angle changes on the head.

I have a working post for the machine that works with alphacam and I have also attached a working 5 axis sample program (not the same part as my fusion program) produced using alphacam so you can see the formatting difference's.

The issue seems to be that the aplhacam post is using the UPR command and then switch's X,Y and Z to P,Q and D, the fusion post does not, it just changes the head angles using TCP and then carries on using X,Y and Z as normal which does not work.

I really hope that someone can help me out with this.
