Hello

At the school i work as a teacher/instructor, We have used HSMWorks for some time. We have manage to do some post with the included post when we are milling 3-axis. Since we like HSMWorks more and more we also like to do some 3+2 and 5-axis milling with it, instead of EdgeCAM wich we used to. We like that we dont have to leave Solidworks when we doing our CAM. Perfect.

We have noticed that there is no post that´s working for us. We have tried one but it gave us the b-axis in positive direction instead of negative, among other problems.

The machine has B-head (+10-15deg? and -90deg) something lika that. C-axis is table. I could give you exact data if you can help. Or if a get instructions in how to configure it myself.

We also need help with setting up a machine model to simulate, if thats possible. Is there any working models that we can use or do we have to model it in SolidWorks? If thats the case, what do we have to consider in making that model?

Would really appriciate all the help we could get from someone one this.

My best /Peter
