Can you post out a program and get the code manually modified so it can run correctly on your machine? Then just upload the modified NC code along with the original NC file and your post processor. This would show exactly what needs modifying. Please take a look here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/post-processors/post-processors-101/td-p/6101613

and here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/post-processors/help-my-post-processor-needs-to-be-edited-now-what/td-p/6095934

These should give you the information you need 🙂

The "and so on" makes it impossible for us to find a solution. Could you upload some of the mastercam nc files?
