The first move after tilting the tool for the first time is X &amp;amp; Y and THEN Z, after this all the other moves are Z first and then X &amp;amp; Y, until I change to the next tool where this repeats.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now it's very important that the tool moves in X &amp;amp; Y BEFORE it moves in Z, because both, the b &amp;amp; c axis, are in the table, wich means depending on the position and the lenght of the tool it can cause crashes, if it moves in Z first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I can't seem to find the right line in the Post Processor- I use a customized version of the Siemens 840D Post Processor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone give me a hint on wich line I have to change?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous I had a look into your post processor and found out that retracts are fully disabled if there is a new workplane, thats why the order is wrong for positioning XYZ axis since the machine is not fully retracted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, the onRapid() function is renamed into your post, so the post cannot output rapid motions anymore.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Side note, you don´t have to translate the feedrate names, this is handled by the post itself. Just make sure that the file called "common.de.lang" (which is located into the default post processor folder) is located into your post processor folder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I really suggest you to download the latest siemens 840d post processor from the library and only change the post processor to use your machine configuration settings.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since we make these posts available to anyone we have to make sure that the posts are safe for production use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The reason why you see a Cycle800 reset here is that there is a tool call required.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Imagine your table would be rotated to 90deg and you have a large tool mounted. Now the machine would move to the tool changer while your table is still at 90deg...potentially dangerous.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In your old post i´ve seen that you have a machine configuration activated, so i thought you would like to have that again in the new post.&lt;/P&gt;

I thought there'd be a seconds file wich defines our machine and is then loaded within the postprocessing-process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And finally regarding the my changes of the translations: if we need this file in our personal-postprocessor folder this explains our trouble there.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe you can help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm facing the same approximately the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a Swivel head Machine with a B axis from -90 to +90 degree sinumerik 840D controller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem is X and Y are posted before Z retract also when at any other angle that is not 0 degree.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This causes a collision.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already tried and setup correctly machine axis and machine configuration file, from what I can tell this retract is not dependent on the above mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea where to change the pp so only when the swivel head is not at 0 degree to output Z retract first and the X,Y positions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the latest
