Partname as comment in NC file

Hi,

I would like to customize our postprocessor so it writes the name of the part (name in which it is saved in fusion 360) as a comment at the beginning of the program so the operator is sure he is running the right program. I already added the date and time of postprocessing as well as the cycletime, but I'm stuck at this one. Anyone who managed this or could help me out?

It is fairly straight forward to get the File name

writeComment("Filename : " + getGlobalParameter("document-path", ""));

Hi, do you have a document or something that i can use as a reference for all the available global parameters?

Or what method can i use to know each one? I specifically want to include the material name into the post processor as of now...

Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for. And as also asked inside this thread, is there a list of those variables/paramters?
