Hello, I have a Chinese CNC router with ATC and Weihong NK260 controller

I am using Fusion 360 and looking for a post processor

I received a post processor for Artcam from the manufacturer, the file is attached

You can find the Post Library for Fusion 360 and Autodesk HSM here.

The Superstarcnc.con file attached to your post is incompatible with Fusion 360 and Autodesk HSM; it can only be used with ArtCAM software.

The attached file is for reference, this is the Autocad post prossesor that
the manufacture sent me

It seems like the NK260 post prossesor is based on NC Studio, which post
should I use?

Please try using the 10717_Weihong NCstudio_with arcs.cps post processor attached to this post by @skidsolo. You might find this topic useful, as it explains where to install *.cps files.

Otherwise, perhaps @hai.cao or @jeff.walters can assist you here, as they seem to have provided a post processor to a customer with a Weihong machine in this topic, albeit some time ago.
