Hallo,

tested all PP from Forum for the Hermle C800U Heidenhain 430.

Newer Posts for HH and older 426.

Problem is an error " M128 nicht erlaubt bei 3D Rot" when going to the simultan operations.

3+2 Axis with Cyle 19 is okay.

Some idears ???

I don't know what postprocessor you are using.

You can find here in the Post Library:

a generic Heidenhain 426 postprocessor.

I think you have just to activate and define your machine kinematics, as highlighted:

to make your first tests.

Please test it carefully and let me know.

I would like to buy a C800u, 2001 with a HH430.

Is it possible to mill 5x simultaneously with this control?

Or should I opt for a machine with HH530?

it will mill 5 axis simultaneous. but a 530 would be easier. a few nice updates over the 430.
