Thank you for the details. If it's to complicated to use the follow curve mode, there is another way by stopping the Goto with a polygon zone trigger but the setup is more complicated and maybe a random trigger is also needed to avoid switching to the next target as soon as the entity enters inside the polygon (in your case you can use a cube and enable the 3d mode on the polygon zone trigger):

Thank you for the scene.

Sorry for the late reply. My suggestion was wrong, they still stop indeed, when I tested on my scene it wasn't that noticeable because the default navigation speeds are quite lower, but in your scene it's obvious.

So the only solution that works is the follow curve mode. Would it help if you could control the curves with the target locators? You can do this with a bit of scripting, like this:
First create a curve with the EP Curve Tool, if you want it to be linear then set the curve degree to 1 by double clicking the EP Curve Tool button:

Then create the curve by placing one point on each poptool, like this (it doesn't have to be precise, the important part is to have the same number of curve edit points as the number of poptools):

You can then use some mel scripting to connect the edit points to the poptool transforms.
First connect the first curve point to the entities poptool position:

<LI-CODE lang="general">connectAttr -f popTool1.translate curveShape1.controlPoints[0];</LI-CODE>

The connect the next curve points to the target poptool positions one by one in the same order:

<LI-CODE lang="general">connectAttr -f target1.translate curveShape1.controlPoints[1];
connectAttr -f target2.translate curveShape1.controlPoints[2];
...</LI-CODE>

If you move one target, the corresponding curve point will also follow.

This way you can use a single Goto in Follow Curve mode. In your scene you can enable Spread Along Curve on the Goto behavior, and increase the Spread Ratio close to 1, the characters will spread across the curve and won't form a line so you won't need too many curves. In the example you sent I also had to increase the acceleration on the Navigation behavior to around 10 so they can better follow the curve.

Let us know if this helps.

Cheers,
