Feature request - screw and elliptical joints

I would like some more complex or compound joint types to be available.

For example, a 1-dof screw joint. While this could be done using a pin joint and a sliding joint with a motion link, I think that it is common enough that it should have its own dedicated joint type.
Another example that I ran into recently was ellipsoid/condyloid joints. An ellipsoid joint has 2-dof, but it can't be emulated with a simple spherical joint. The rotation for each dof is about the focus of the ellipse in that direction, which is not (in general) at the center of the ellipse. From the perspective of the center of the ellipse, it looks like a combined rotation and sliding motion.

There also does not seem to be a native way to create an ellipsoid. My solution was to create a sketch on each plane of ellipses to define the shell, then use the sweep command to fill it. But this is not a true ellipsoid, and the sweep tool would not allow it to be completely 'full', so there is a flat spot on each end.
It would be much better to have a modified version of the solid body sphere creation tool that allows you to select a radius for each XYZ direction, rather than only a single radius r=X=Y=Z.
