Drawings not loading - Fusion Hub - Stuck on Discovering Viewables

I use the browser based Fusion Hub to view, approve, and download drawings. As of 7/9/2026 there has been no way to view the Fusion Drawings, always getting stuck on 'Step 2 of 3 Discovering Viewables' or stuck on the loading wheel/spinner. Multiple refreshes, updating Chrome, clearing cache/cookies has not fixed the issue. Occasionally I am able to get the PDF download link (sent to my email) for the drawing at this stage, but not for consistently for all drawings. Drawings that were viewed previously load quickly, even after clearing cache.

The issue with not being able to download some files was an easy solve, I had Reader permissions on some files and Viewer permissions on others. Switching to Reader permissions on all allowed me to download all files. Still unable to view the drawings themselves in Fusion hub even after changing to Editor permissions as a test.

I have the same problem, I think. In the last few days, I can upload a file, but I can't view it. It gets stuck on "Loading Related Data...".

I can view older files, but not any new files. I have tried uploading very simple DWFx files to check that it's not the size or content of the files I was trying to upload that was causing the problem, but the same problem occurs. I have checked the permissions, and I am the Folder Admin.

This issue is affecting our entire machine shop, and we could potentially lose a $127,000 project because our client relies on the shared view links to review and sign off on parts.

Anybody got a fix for this?

Workaround:

Go to Fusion and do a file share link
Paste the link it loads instantly.
Now the Fusion web browser view also loads

This issue has been resolved in Fusion back end, and I can view drawing in web browser now.

It seems like this issue has started again for drawings not previously viewed as of 7/26/26 or earlier. Unable to view newly edited drawings through the fusion hub. The issue has actually gotten worse and I am unable to download the drawings as PDF, as the email to download is not being sent to me.

This may have been resolved, I'm able to open drawings again but these are also drawings that I was able to access directly in Fusion360 and export as PDFs through the desktop application. I'm unsure if drawings that have not been exported through the desktop first can be viewed in the fusion hub.
