I found this <A href="https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-transfer-files-from-one-account-to-another-in-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">resource</A>, but there is simply no transfer drop-down, even though both accounts have admin permissions for projects and the hub level to create projects. As seen below, I just have the option to archive. The image below is from the hub owner's side.
