Projects lost through Team hub migration

Hello, I've just gone through the team hub migration without fully understanding what was being done!

Now on my projects list, half of these are missing (I think because they were originally created by someone else and shared with me?)

ow they're not listed under "all projects" or "shared with me" or "owned by me"

How do I go about recovering these?

Update: I can see them when I go into single user storage but they're read only. How can I transfer these into the new teams hub?

I have the same question. Every single one of my projects are read-only now and there's no obvious way to move them to the new "team".

You've added the old user to my team hub but there is no team hub or user where I can see all the projects in one place as before?

Hi, I have a similar problem. After the migration, all my data from the single user account is gone. How can I "find" it? I have an edu license, I am an administrator for our school, but my personal account is gone.

Hi @chill_wes001 ,
We have analysed your account . Here is our finding .
You did your Single User storage retirement on 4th December 2024 . The projects in your Single User storage retirement were migrated to 'Team hub - Wesley Payne'
Projects count in your 'Team hub - Wesley Payne' is 9 along with Admin and Default Project .
Note: You had projects shared by amaranthineapron@gmail.com in your personal hub.
Single User storage retirement of user amaranthineapron@gmail.com was done on 9th December. The projects were migrated to 'Team Hub - Steven Hobbs'.
To summarise : Your Project data shared by amaranthineapron@gmail.com is not lost , you can find them in 'Team Hub - Steven Hobbs' .
If you want all your projects in one Team Hub , we will need consent from both users and Hub name and project names where you want to see all your projects in.

The team is working on it , all the projects will be moved in 'Team hub - Wesley Payne' .

I'm having this same issue. I cannot see a single user storage option, nor can I see my old projects since upgrading to Teams. Please suggest how to get my projects back!
