Fusion keeps redirecting me to A360 team site

I"m attempting to use the trial of Fusion Team, but when I click sign in or sign up, it recognizes my info and redirects me to the A360 team site. I really want to try Fusion, because it apparently has measure tools for 3D. Any suggestions please? Thanks...

Hi Ryan,

If you already have a Team site, you won't be able to sign up for the Fusion Team site. They are exactly the same right now, and using the same viewer, so 3D measure will only work with Fusion files. You can try the free viewer and I replied to your other post on that.

Forgive my ignorance, but I'm an Inventor guy. Does that mean I can't open Inventor files in Fusion Team, only Fusion files? Also, I tried the A360 viewer site again, and still nothing comes up (I cleared my cache and am using Chrome). I attached a screenshot of it. So, for example, I need the use of 3D measurements to be taken, so our customers would open our models either from a team site or the free viewer, and measure them, check for clearance, etc. Using the Team site, it's clear how they can open parts, assemblies, etc, because I upload them to the site. But i'm not clear how they open parts and assemblies from the free viewer? Also, maybe I'm completely missing something, but the free viewer has the ability to take 3D measurements, but the A360 team site does not? That's confusing to me. Thanks for your help, sorry for all the questions.

Hi Ryan,

Are you behind a corporate firewall, or blocking third party cookies maybe? I get in with no issues at all. It sounds like something is blocking the page from opening.

The FREE Viewer is able to test out new features sooner and so we try things out there first. We are looking at adding this into A360 Team as well, but it's not ready yet.

A360 Team and Fusion Team are exactly the same right now, and you can view all the same file types. Inventor files should work fine on both. Also on the measure tool it's not exact, but about the same as the measure tool that comes with Autodesk Design Review. So be sure to try it out to see if that works for you first. And because the 3D measure is a test, it may not be what your looking for yet.

Let me know how it goes on the free viewer and if it's a cookie issue. The link below was created for Team, but it may be the same on the free viewer.
