I'm unable to log in to Fusion 360

Hello,

I'm unable joining to projects in Fusion 360 that I have been invited, and I'm unable to log in to the A360 too. The following message appears:

"The person who is using rafaelvcc.96@gmail.com has been invited to this hub. You recently changed the email address associated with your account Autodesk?
Please post this issue to the A360 Forum for help resolving the conflict.
You're already logged in as rafaelvcc.96@gmail.com"

I've recently made a change in my personal profile, updating my e-mail address to "rafaelvcc.96@gmail.com".

Please I ask your help to be able to join to projects and solve this issue.

Thanks Rafael for the update. We have asked the team to take a look at this. We will post back once we hear back from them.

As a temporary work around, can you change back to the old eMAIL address to see if that will get you back into the projects.

hi Rafael,

Are you saying that initially you were invited into your projects with the old email address, and now you've changed that email address that is associated with your Account ID in your accounts.autodesk.com page?

And that now, you're not able to access or log into any of the projects you previously had access to?

please confirm.
