Lost password changed, and all my files are gone

After signing out of Fusion on my machine in order to allow my son to display some of his work, I tried to sign back in and realised I'd forgotten the password. The password has been changed via the email link, and upon signing back in, Fusion treated it as the first time I'd used the software andasked me to register. There are no folders within Fusion, or listed under my account in the hub.

I'm desperate to get them back as they represent at least 120hrs of work and I'm in the process of getting parts made for a project that no longer seems to exist.

Welcome to the Fusion Team forum!

I'm sorry to hear what happened to your work. Can you confirm that the email address of the account is the same one that you had used before? Have you tried signing in with other email addresses that you may have used? Reason for asking is that it does appear that a new account was created with the email address on the account now.

Hi there , Im replying to someone elses question ! But Im more or less in the same boat ! I lost my password asked for a new one ,I seem to have used an old password I used in 2017 , yes this is not the first time ! But now I have lost all my 2019 work ,and yes I did have another password for that but like e idiot I didnt write it down . Any chance of retrieving this ? I live in hope , thank you Harry
