(reboot f360).

Caveat that I don't know what else this could break but this was the fix for me and I will document this as something to try in the future as part of my troubleshooting work flow.

Cheers

Since following the fusion prompts to migrate to the 'hub' can no longer access machine builds that have my fixtures built in and am getting 'different hub errors' left and right.

- The machine build I am trying to access in the 'machine library' has been used before and the only change made was the 'migrate to hub ... fusion prompts' and I turned off TCP in the machine library (for this machine) as trouble shooting a post.

- Background only have one Hub all files are under the same Main folder, but also have sub folders. Administrator /owner of files trying to access the files / config and only connected to one hub.

- If you try and export / import (machine library) - get an error there as well (seems machine builder is saving some files in f3z and then some files in f3d, but won't import models that have been saved in f3z (not that you have an option to save in f3d).

If you go to the original model and try and do an export (not in machine builder) doesn't give you an option to save in f3d. only f3z

Then you get this message, with the generic 'contact support'.

If anyone has some work arounds / fix or even some solid documentation about how the hubs integrate with system folders that would be great as need to try and understand why some machines in the ASSETS folder can be accessed by the part but other machines are saying 'can't access machine as located in a different hub. (the original machine drawings are also in the same folder).

Same problem happening here.

Downloaded fresh machine from Fusion. Copied machine to My machines Cloud folder and put model in current project.

Also exported and imported into current project.

Same errors as above.

Hi @rajat_mehtaL58QJ any update from your team?

@livetoridaho & @dl18054 - I have raised a trouble ticket as well provided a video and the model & further workflow information, but sorry I don't have any useful to share at this point (as the current line is they can't replicate the issue) and I can't find any useful documentation on line that doesn't show workflow that was removed revisions ago. Very frustrating but its just a sit and wait game.....

8< ---------------------------------- below is the latest info logged with the trouble ticket.

Hopefully it may be helpful, for those trying to work out a work flow for adding and removing machines, as again the below isn't what I would call intuitive workflow.

Here are the steps I have taken not on camera due to the file size being too large.

Remove the machine from the setup

Remove all generated posts under the file name

Remove the machine from document in machine library

Then I start the video, and you can see the error message (re…. the different hub).
