Replace Face Tool Error

So I was making a mountain range in Fusion and I was replacing the face and it gave me this error message: The face(s) could not be replaced. Try changing the face selections. For Edit Face operations, avoid making changes where other faces connect smoothly.

Does anyone know what I should do?
