Hi Everyone,

We are consolidating the Fusion hubs across our company to manage a single hub more efficiently. However, we currently don’t have visibility into how many Fusion hubs exist, who created them, or who the admins are.

Is there a way to find this information? If we provide a user list from our subscription, can Autodesk share these details with us?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks!

@gasevsm, @sasikanth.kollipara , @prichas , @rajat_mehtaL58QJ

Anyone with a Fusion account has a hub. You can't create hubs, every account is the original admin of a 1 hub. So the amount of hubs are equal to the amount of user-licenses.

You can be invited to take part is someone else's hub.

(That being said; in the past user could have 2 hubs. One for personal projects and one for business. Older accounts might still have a "single user storage" hub? Though i believe Autodesk is merging those into one hub.)

If your company has a IT-admin that buys all licenses through one single account, he/she will have insight in all existing licenses through manage.autodesk.com. Every user will be able to find his/her hub through login.autodesk360.com/

Thank you for the insights! This clarifies how hubs are structured per user license. However, we’re facing two challenges in applying this approach directly:

Admin Ownership Uncertainty:
Since licenses are occasionally reassigned between users (e.g., during role changes or offboarding), the original "admin" of a hub might no longer be the current license holder. This could lead to orphaned hubs or mismatched ownership.

Scalability of Manual Data Collection:
With hundreds of users across global teams, manually gathering hub details from individuals would create significant delays.

Autodesk understands that our customers do not have a method for looking up their company’s hub list. We are currently working on providing a method for all our users to see this list. Understandably, we can only provide this list for private email addresses and not public email addresses like gmail.com.

This list becomes important for visibility and consolidation planning.

Please complete the following form to request your company’s private Fusion hub list.

Hey @Cursist-101 ,

Thanks for the reply. I just wanted to clarify a few details.

Your explanation describes the current situation with users creating hubs. Today, it normally is a 1:1 with user and entitlement. However, we realize this isn't the intention for most of the companies that would like their users to work within one hub.

I realize that this information is intended for new users, however it is worth sharing for reference:

So You’ve Purchased Autodesk Fusion: Here’s How to Set Up Your Fusion Hub

Video reference:

Build Your Autodesk Fusion Hub: Onboarding Team Members Made Simple!

With this being said, we are actively working on improving the hub creation experience to ensure the correct person creates the hub and that all users are guided to this new hub. This will ensure that everyone can work together and not in their own Fusion hub.

Just to be clear, any new improvements will also work for single users that work alone.
