Downloading files from Fusion Web viewer from links, in different format takes ages for our collaborators

We have some complains from our clients, that when we send them a link for one of our FUSION 360 files (not so large), sometimes it takes up to a day for them to receive the link of the file in the selected format, normally stp or igs, and they find it unacceptable. Any one has similar issues? Any way to resolve this?

I am having problems Generally with most files. Actually we are been oblied to send exported files via email, as the service takes sometimes more than 24hrs

@ofibyd I tried the links shared by you, exported them as both STP and IGES format, and received the download file email within 2 minutes. I hope their email client is not firewalling incoming emails from Fusion. Are you also facing delays in getting the download emails on your own email id?

Yes. I'm having issues some times, and some times not
