    <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue was related directly to the account, there were two identifiers associated with one e-mail address in the system. We fixed it by manually correcting entries in the system, if someone has the same problem with another account, they have to contact support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Team Hub and Single User-Storage Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing problems joining a Team on Fusion 360. I have an older pre-2019 account and was invited by a recently created account to join our institute's Team. Upon receiving the invitation I was not able to find the team anywhere&amp;nbsp;(Fusion 360 Online, MacOs App, Windows App, myhub.autodesk360)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tried migrating old project files (very few and small files) via &lt;A href="https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/teamhubonboarding" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Hub Onboarding page&lt;/A&gt;. The migration was never finished.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When using&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/teamhubonboarding" target="_blank"&gt;https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/teamhubonboarding&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to create a new team now, I get the following error message: "&lt;SPAN&gt;It looks like the requested service is currently unavailable. Please try again."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I now access the link from the team invitation email, I am no longer referred to&amp;nbsp;myhub.autodesk360.com but to&amp;nbsp;mykth627.autodesk360.com - what I assume is my Fusion Team Hub. However, the page seems to be broken - it's nearly blank. See screenshot below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2022-03-04 at 13.51.12.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1032507iEAD3872A338A61CA/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2022-03-04 at 13.51.12.png" alt="Screenshot 2022-03-04 at 13.51.12.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Overall this is a more-than-disappointing experience.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the Team Onboarding page, I get this error message (see below). I have tried everything from logging out, to restarting and reinstalling. Maybe resetting my Teams setup from the system administration side could help. Unfortunately, the live chat couldn't help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;is it still possible to migrate old files?&lt;BR /&gt;I had a break for 2-3 years and I didn't know that I had to migrate my files.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I saw them in fusion but I had o set them in status read-only.&lt;BR /&gt;But then they disappeard and I have no clue where there are now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;BR&lt;BR /&gt;Daniel&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
