Read Access Denied

Hi,

I'm getting a "read access denied" when trying to access one of my projects. I can open the main folder but can't access any of the files or open subsequent folders.

Hi @lakhena6TMP9

Could you please check any of the following suggestions works

Remove and then Re-Invite the Team Member:

Sign-in to the Fusion Teams site with an Admin account.
Select the Project in question.
Switch to the Project Members tab.
Remove the affected Member from the Project.
Re-Invite the affected Member into the Project as an Editor
Accept the email invitation

Work in a new Project:

Create a new Project.
Move designs from the old project into the new project.
Invite the account that needs access into the new project.
Delete the old project.

Note: If the issue doesn't resolve because uploads are pending in the old project by following the steps here.

I removed myself and rejoined and I still get read access error (both as project admin and as an editor). I can't move any of the design into a new project because I can't get into the project folder.

Same here, I'm locked out of my Fusion 360 ownership for 4 days now...

Is anyone going to reply to my ticket???

It was finally solved after about 1 week.

Last year I had a similar issue (still not resolved, it' stole about 3 weeks of my life away, I threw the towel and I simply decided it wasn't worth it, I simply decided not to make the product this technical problem was preventing me from making...) and at least I had immediate help: I spoke to humans, not to "bots" that are instructed to send screenshots and to describe (again and again) what the issue is, without this leading to any practical improvement.

Simply, there is a new "barrier" now, those on the front line have zero knowledge of the product.

I might have been unlucky but 4 or 5 people in a row that could only repeat "send me a screenshot" without any will to read and, more importantly, understand what I'm writing is simply infuriating.

It took me 3 days of anger to get to a point where my issue was "elevated" to a higher level.

Then to the highest level. Three times...

When I made the third guy notice this was the third time it was elevated to the highest level he left the chat.

I would love Autodesk to understand that most of the people using their products aren't completely dumb, we probably are a bit smarter than the average, we don't like being lied to.

In any case, there was then a VERY kind lady who had no knowledge of the product but at least was very willing to listen and to bring this case to the highest floors. A few phone calls and screen sharing sessions later they somehow unlocked my account.

My files were back in my possession and I can now work again.

One week of my company being out of business because the customer service doesn't work.

Not nice.

On a lighter note, I wrote the same stuff under one of the latest videos of Autodesk bragging for how good their product and service is.

They deleted it three times, until I got fed up with trying.

Is this how Autodesk works? Is my over 2000 euro a year too little for you to read my messages and have my rant online for anyone to see?

I wonder what would my trumpet playing customers do if I treated them the same way...
