Copied components retain old name after renaming

I've copied a few parts to a folder to figure a good part numbering + naming system

(copying done in the team browser, not fusion)

In the team browser I've renamed them all as you can see in jpg 01. The part 510-A1-000 Main Assembly has 2 subassemblies with parts and a single part 510-T1-050 3D printed part

But when I click on components on the right side, the old names of the parts are still there.

When I click on the word Door handle it opens up the part but then it displays the correct naam 510-T1-050, see jpg 02. After opening this part in fusion and checking the properties every has a correct name.

My questions are:

Where does this old information comes from?
How do I get rid of it?
Is there still a link between the copied from part?
What is the best way to copy a part to avoid this?

Or try it yourself. Create part A, create part B. Open A and insert B. Close files. Goto team browser and rename B into C. Then click A and observer the part overview, it uses C (indeed you renamed it) but when you select components is shows part A has component B. Looks like a bug to me, see jpg ABC
