Project type: Open set as default?

Hello,

I am hoping to set my project type to open by default. for all new projects made in my team hub. There is only 3 people who use fusion 360 in our small facility so we have no need to hide stuff from each other or make it harder to access. I am not seeing an option to do it. Hopefully it is an option, if not is there a workaround?

If you create Projects in FT web , you'll be asked what type you wish to choose. But in case of desktop app, it creates 'Closed' projects by default as that was the most desired Project type by most of the users so that their security isn't compromised.

For your current 'Closed' projects, if you wish, you can change their type to 'Open' by going to Project > Project Detail flyer > Settings gear icon > Choose type as 'Open' > Save

I understand the use case. Just hoping in the future it would be a option to change the default.

We are soon going to move to a standard modern Project type where you'll be able to control access at folder level as well, stay tuned!
