I have very conveniently used this feature for letting clients view models, I was surprised to get the error message attached.

So what was the "exact" file extension of the file your are trying to view? You say it was a Fusion 360 file, but what is the exact extension.

I'm using the same path that I have for dozens of files, "share public
link" in Fusion, client opens the file in a browser. Does that answer your
question?
