    <description>&lt;P&gt;In order to measure an angle, you need to pick either a line or plane for both picks. You have selected the center point that has no plane.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select the feature face, then select the XZ plane. That will show the angle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
