Do you know how to convert a mesh body to a solid body in Fusion 360?

Have you observed the nature of stl geometry? Do you see that there are no curves? None! Only straight lines and planar facets. Are you OK with this low quality geometry?

Recently bought an stl. file for a project and have been trying to put holes in it to reduce the weight. Yet as soon as I got to that point I soon realized my model wasn't solid. Any fixes to this without filling in the holes? (I can always re cut the holes) Thanks!

Sorry man I don't think I can do that since I doubt he wants the file out for free. But is there any other way I can make the body solid before putting holes in it? So that when I do they'll be solid? Thanks!
