topic Fusion 360 is so slow, really really slow in Fusion Support Forum

Almost every time I import a part to an assembly and do a move, joint, rigid group, etc, it takes anything from 1 min to over 5 mins to complete. It never used to do this.

Task Manager under Windows 10 shows only around 7% of the CPU when this happens so what is going on here? The window itself shows (Not responding)

I can't get any work done. I've tried rebooting and running only Fusion 360 but still the same slow response.

When it eventually completes the process, I can move rotate and do everything until I need to do another import, etc.

Hi,

Does this happen in only one design, or all designs? What about inserting into a brand new empty design?

Does this happen when you insert any part/assembly, or only some parts/assemblies?

Thanks,
