Quitting and relaunching Fusion (despite having literally just launched it) seems to have solved the issue. It also solved another issue, that the UI for opening past versions of files now shows up.

I was working on my design when Fusion got into a very weird state. It was like a sketch was open for editing, but there was no "finish sketch" control, and I couldn't find a way out. I decided to quit Fusion. It prompted to finish uploading settings, then update, which I did.

Now when I try to open the file, it just sits there spinning. I'm able to open other files just fine. But this file is crucially important right now. Please help!
