I am receiving the following error

Enabled feature flags: setup-sheet-viewer tool-library-v4-release

Invalidated: Generation failed

Error: Failed to generate passes.

I am new to autodesk and im using it with a plasma table. I am using dxf files that other people have created and cut out. I am not sure if I have something set wrong or what. Where is the best place to get information and training.

Please zip up one of your DXF files and attach it to a forum reply. The forum users can use it to try and walk you through the process of creating a Manufacturing Environment Plasma Cutting layout.

Your file is attached. The error, I believe, is coming from some pretty tight splines in your DXF. When the profile of one of these is selected, the direction of cut is goes screwy. As you will notice I have a lot of operations which I did to keep my mind straight on which profile failed and I had to return to it, touch the direction arrow, to have it reverse and correct itself. I know it is all over the place but you can redo it if you want to. Just remember if you get an error, go back to the geometry select and reverse the arrow of motion. Sometimes, if you select a lot of paths at one time, this will become difficult. This is why I have quite a few path definitions. You can check to be sure you have all paths covered by doing a simulation, click on the end icon and then look straight down on it to see if the path was cut. Please note all I did was to define the paths, all other configurations I will leave up to you. File is attached.

I spent a far amount of time on this one and I am curious on how it worked out, so please respond in some fashion.

I'm very sorry that I did not get back sooner. I had some unexpected illness in my family. You did an excellent job explaining it. It totally makes sense now. I hope to be able to complete it in the near future. I will send you a picture. Thank you again for your time.
