fusion 360 wont go online

Fusion 360 wont go online after update, here is what i have tried:

reboot mutliple times

uninstall reinstall

delete loginstatus xml

run as admin

at one point i was able to clear cache it seemed to go online never synched now my data panel is empty and still stuck offline.

I attached the diagnostic zip file, i have no idea how to interpret it....
