I can't open a project, is this due to the "issue that's being resolved" currently?

I can open other projects, just not this one:

Ok so I also can't upload an image to this site right now.

The project I can't open just has a spinning blue loading circle that hasn't gone away.

Restarting doesn't fix the issue.

Can't right click on the file in the data panel.

@FrodoLoggins Certainly possible. The outage is not wide spread and hence there could be certain calls hitting certain servers that are down. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are actively working to get this addressed.
