topic STEP files export to be used in SWx causing errors (in SWx) in Fusion Support Forum

Hello my friendly designers,
I've been using Eagle (standalone) for PCB design for a few years now. More recently, I collaborated with a mechanical designer to develop enclosures/boxes for the PCBs. The designer uses SWx to design the enclosures, and needs a 3D file of the PCB. Here is the workflow:
1. Create PCB on Eagle, push design to Fusion360.

2. Update most-to-all electrical components on the PCB in Fusion360.

3. Export STEP file and send across to the designer.

4. Designer imports STEP file to SWx and does his magic (make enclosures).

This workflow worked pretty good until last week, we had no issues exporting from fusion360 and importing into SWx.

The STEP file I sent, while importing on SWx, is returning an error:

<LI-CODE lang="general">Encountered invalid record index.</LI-CODE>

Like always, I googled the issue and this post suggested that I modify the STEP file. I can do this as a quick fix to the file, but I don't think its the best solution, especially because the imported modified STEP file has no "features" - missing colors etc. I also found out that there could be an issue with the STEP file (STEP 214 vs. STEP 242), I can confirm that the STEP files exported from fusion360 is STEP 214:

<LI-CODE lang="general">FILE_SCHEMA (('AUTOMOTIVE_DESIGN { 1 0 10303 214 3 1 1 }'));
ENDSEC;</LI-CODE>

Not sure why this is happening now. Is there an actual fix to this issue on fusion360?
Thanks in advance!
