While working in a sketch settings

Is there a way to set the display settings so that I can see other parts of the design when in a sketch? Also, is there a way to "lock" the sketch so I can't rotate it while working in it?

While I don’t understand the context,

articles in the browser can be hidden with the eyeball, being a toggle, they can also be visible.

Sketches to be locked, would need more context. I don’t think you mean fully constrained.

Thank you for responding.
As far as being able to see the rest of the design while in sketch, here is
an example.
This what I would see while not in sketch mode.

I'd like to be able to see the components I'm sketching around.

On the second question.
I can see the true perspective of Top view. But when I move around the
sketch rotates. I'd like to be able to lock in Top, Bottom, Right, Left
views.

None the wiser,

your picture references - not sure how you did that.

if you are editing a sketch early in history, then you can not see anything to the right of its position in the timeline while editing. Make a new sketch at the end of the timeline to fix that problem.
