      <title>New project files not showing in Fusion but available online</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a issue with Fusion 360 syncing my files. I cannot see them in my Fusion 360 project panel, but when I browse my projects online they are there and I can select to "Open in Desktop". I have tried saving it in the Desktop app (and renaming) but it just won't stick. It is similar to an old sync issue reported here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-support/projects-visible-in-fusion-hub-online-but-not-syncing-to-fusion/td-p/10638102" target="_blank"&gt;https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-support/projects-visible-in-fusion-hub-online-but-not-syncing-to-fusion/td-p/10638102&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have restarted my Fusion 360 but this did not help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the link &lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/524049"&gt;@RajkumarIlanchelian&lt;/a&gt;. I followed the steps and it looks like my data panel was reset, but I cannot see any of my project files in the specific folder anymore. My sync symbol keeps spinning but no data appear in my data panel. Left it for hours. I will retry the steps with a re-install and let you know if it helped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also can you snap an image of what you are seeing? Are you adding the files to editable documents?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I believe I have now found the issue that was causing my sync issue. I reset my data panel using the link you supplied and since this did not work, I performed a clean install (removed all cache files in the folders from your link) and after a PC reboot I did a clean install. All of my previous data panel projects was now "missing" and it was continuously showing the sync symbol. When I looked deeper at my network connection I noticed that my PC was connected to the internet via a network tunnel adapter (I have NORD VPN). As soon as I disabled the tunnel adapter some of my data panel items popped up. I have since right clicked on some of my project folders and selected "Cache this project" and the items look like they are now syncing and starting to show up in my data panel. I will leave it to continue syncing to confirm, but I believe my issue has been resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
