not easily. This would require a way to animate geometry changes in a single component. This is not something that Fusion is adapted for. You might be able to design it so that it is parametrically stable enough to change a single parameter, have the geometry of the bellows change and have the handle components move, but that would be a frame-by-frame animation that you would have to do yourself.

You might be able to cleverly split the bellows ribs into separate components, joined together with joints, that would give the same effect, but that would cause you to have to create the design in an unnatural way.

Is your goal the animation itself, or are you looking to build this, and just want the animation to illustrate how it works?

I would like to animate the stretching of a bellows from the closed position to an extended position. The animation must show the gradual separation between the ribs of the bellows as it is being stretched. Is it possible to do this in Fusion 360?

Hello Jeff:
Thanks for your reply. I will try out the suggestions that you made. The
bellows is part of a face mask testing machine that I am trying to design
and build to fight the COVID-19 virus.
Doug
