    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The cause of the problem was neither anti-virus software nor network failure.The cause was an installer by AUTODESK.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt; &lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The name of the installer is Fusion 360 Client Downloader.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have 2 installers that were shown by attached picture.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The difference is the time stamp. Old version&amp;nbsp;succeeds in the installation and&amp;nbsp;new version&amp;nbsp;fails. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The installer is currently overwritten.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fusion-360-won-t-launch-error-Errno-11001-in-installation-log.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Here is one web article&lt;/A&gt; addressing this issue and if you search on it you will see others.&amp;nbsp; I think you are trying to install on a Windows computer so I would make sure three things.&amp;nbsp; You are logged in with an account that has administrator rights, at UAC (User Access Control) is turned off for this account and Anti-virus is turned off.&amp;nbsp; Both to the last two things can be turned off after installation is successful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have done clean uninstall. And I can log in with an account that has administrator rights, at UAC (User Access Control) is turned off. But I cannot turn off anti-virus software, because my computer is controlled by my company. I will consult this problem to IT engineer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
