Unable to use Generative Design Platform with a valid Educational license of Fusion 360.

Hi,

Despite of having a valid Autodesk Fusion 360 Educational License I am unable to use Generative Design platform of it. Following are the persistent conditions :

1. Upon trying to access the generative design license in All Products and Services section I am being redirected to the webpage of generative design of autodesk.com.

2. When trying to access generative design platform in the fusion 360 software, I am being asked to subscribe to fusion 360.

I do not have a Educational License but I think, it is worth a try, you need to go to your Autodesk Account, Products and Services and find the Generative Design extension hooked to your Education License and activate it. You can get to this page quickly by using the following from any forum page if you are logged in. DO NOT forget to restart Fusion 360 after you do it.

Hi @jhackney1972 ,

Instead of being able to activate the Generative Design extension upon trying click on the access now button in generative design extension column, I am being redirected to the generative design webpage of autodesk.com.

If you have an educational license and sign into Fusion 360 with "your school DOMAIN email" as you Autodesk ID, you will have access to Generative Design. If you are using another Autodesk ID, you will not. Your log-in should look something like this not just EDU by itself.

Will This will only work if the educational license is connected to the educational email ? or can they just make an account with their educational email and sign in with that even though the license is connected to their regular email
