Your Fusion 360 version is quite old. I assume from your log file you are using a Windows operating system. If not then my instructions will not help but the general problem is the same and you can search for it on the web for a MAC operating system. The Internet Transport Layer Security is using the wrong version.

Autodesk required TLS v1.2. Go to your Windows Control Panel, click on Internet Options. If you do not see it, in the upper right hand side, select View by Small Icons. Once in the Internet Properties dialog and then the Advanced tab and scroll way down in the Security section and make sure Use TLS 1.0 thru TLS 1.2 are checked. Back out with an OK and close everything. Restart your computer.

You can try the update again but I will guess it will fail because you are very out of date. If it does, you need to do a clean uninstall of Fusion 360 using this website as your guide. You should be logged into your computer using an account with Administrator rights, turn off UAC and Anti-Virus temporarily during installation and re-install Fusion 360.
