Incorrectly advised that document is being edited by team member

Seems to have started at the same time as the forced password change thing and may be related. Some designs are showing like this - telling me that the document is open elsewhere by me, when of course it isn't. Other cases I've opened a design with linked components, and running Get all Latest has thrown up an error saying my changes might not be saveable because the design is open by another user (again, me!). Not sure what's going on here, but this is persisting after log out/log in cycles and restart fusion as well as restart machine cycles.

Sorry to see you're encountering this issue.

Please take the latest Fusion 360 update (2.0.9640) and restart.

If you can still able to see this issue, requesting to share the snapshot of save dialog where you are unable to save design.
