I still see the message telling me that registration takes a couple of hours. I am using a school PC, but I do have a home PC that I have not tried yet.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I am using the account that I uploaded documents to, to prove my enrollment and eligibility for a student license.
