I use Fusion to generate 3D models of electronic circuits to be opened by my colleagues of design with Solidworks.

To be sure all works, I generate step and igs files.

My colleagues fequently claim that some times they got errors (are not able to open files). This issue is more frequent in step files than in igs, but some times happens on both.

Do you have a way to solve this?

Thank you

Attach example native file and the resulting STEP file that exhibits this behavior.
